This design was made using Make My Vase software on Maker World’s website. It is a simple shade for light diffusion of solar disks. The shade covers solar replacement lights that have an outer diameter of about 8.5 x 8.5 cm (3.35 x 3.35 inches).
In order for the replacement solar disc to charge, it must be flipped with the solar charging panels on top. It has to be flipped again, after sunset, allowing the light to shine upwards.
Here is a link to the solar replacement light I recommend. I have personally tested the light and found that it can charge indoors when it is placed up to 30 inches from a window receiving direct sunlight.
