Carbon Cage is a decorative container for activated carbon, an odor adsorber. After discovering the properties of activated carbon, I wanted to place them around my living space to combat odors emanating from other units in my building. I initially created one for a closet space where it seemed nonsensical to run an air purifier all day. Later, I found them useful for small nooks such as spice shelves and room corners, where smells lingered despite an operating air purifier with a carbon filter.
